Watch Your Words
“Whoever guards his mouth and tongue Keeps his soul from troubles.”
Proverbs 21:23 NKJV

When you are hurt, words can become weapons. Most of the time, speaking about the situation is not helpful.
You don’t have to give voice to every suspicious thought. Guard your thoughts and mouth.
Pray:
“Lord, put wisdom in my speech. Help me distinguish between facts and suspicions. Keep me from speaking in anger. Let my words be truthful, restrained and gracious. Amen.”
Christlike attitude:
I will speak truth without voicing suspicion.

You can block her, abuse her, or simply enjoy interacting with her, but you cannot shut her up.
