Anti-Semitic stickers were found early this year on public property in Melbourne’s south-eastern suburb, Caulfield. This soon after the landmark decision to ban the Swastika was declared. Recently, the trial against Brighton Secondary College was heard in the Federal Magistrates’ Court regarding the alleged failure of the college to address bullying and anti-Semitic behavior in the school. North Melbourne draftee, Harry Sheezel, was this week victim to online antisemitic racial abuse. These are just some of many growing incidences which have occurred over recent years, of hostile attempts to intimidate and threaten Australia’s Jewish community.

60 Minutes recently ran an Exposé on the rise of National Socialism in Melbourne, revealing gangs of wannabe Hitlers traipsing across Victorian campgrounds, sigheiling and chanting WW2-style. Whilst they may not be dangerous, maybe just young and misguided, the very idea that these types of people still exist today is enough to horrify anyone, no matter what side the political spectrum.

With the rise of hateful graffiti, verbal abuse, and sometimes physical abuse, to the point Jewish schools require security, it’s little wonder the displaying of the Swastika other than for religious reasons has been criminalized. Granted, it is a bit of an extreme move. Incarcerating individuals for offensive graffiti seems a little hyperbolic, but how else are peaceful people in those communities supposed to fight back without there being an eventual race war. One would think the German defeat in WW2 would have been enough to send a clear message to future generations that their ideology is a lost cause. Hitler lost.

Unfortunately, Hitler left his legacy. This is generally what happens when someone infamous dies before their time. They become almost living legends. Immortalised forever in the hearts and minds of die hard sycophants. Regardless of consequences, they wish to instil fear and shock. Hate fuels them. They believe Jews are the cause of every problem in the world, and the only solution, once and for all, is their extermination. Anonymous on-line trolls and real life serial pests, persistently use mostly words to attack. Abusive, hateful racial slurs, reminding everyone of a bygone era. Here we are in the 21st century, and many have not learned a thing from history. It’s as if they have no eyes or ears.

We have deaf and blind people walking around with big mouths using words that hurt. Words that cut like knives can leave some deep scars. But are they enough to send people to jail? Personally, I don’t think so. Though it’s not my opinion that matters. All that matters is the reality that exists. Throughout history, we have seen people pay for their words. John the Baptist got his head chopped off for speaking truth to power. Even our Lord Jesus Christ was crucified for speaking truth in love. If truthful, loving words are enough to send people to prison, perhaps hateful words are also enough. Let’s be consistent with the law.

There might be plenty of Jews in power, hell-bent on destroying the world, but there are also many in power of various races and religions. The stickering, abuse and intimidation tactics are targeting ordinary, good Jewish people on the ground, who just want to live in peace without having to be reminded of the time they survived the mass genocide of their own people.

The heart of man is deceitfully wicked. The temptation to blame others for their lot in life can be strong. If one is unhappy, they should look inward, at their communities, at their own people. If they are not growing as a people or even growing spiritually, emotionally and mentally, they are exterminating themselves. In this world, numbers speak volumes. It all boils down to population, and financial power. But many fell for the globalist agenda. The West in particular, love the pretty things offered by these Luciferians, at the cost of their families and communities.

Feminism, the sexual revolution, consumerism, entertainment, the “American” dream, and luxury Western lifestyle were traps to lock us all in this matrix of self-centredness, self-indulgence, and materialism. We became lazy, liberal, worshippers of selves. We feast at the table of those very people who despise us and want us dead and burning in hell. We buy their rubbish, their politics, their lies and broken promises. One need only take a glimpse at history, to see where this happened once before.

Believe it or not, this happened with the Jewish people. During their captivity under the Babylonian empire, many Jews embraced Babylonian rituals to worship their gods. Forsaking their one true God, they followed after other nations’ ways, adopting their values and beliefs. Sacrificing their children at the alter of prosperity, they brought upon their own demise. We can say the same happened to us in the West. Established as predominantly Christian nations, (if only culturally) we removed God from education, stopped going to church, and stopped procreating. If people are angry about where the West is today and what they’ve become as a people, there’s only one person to blame and that is the self.

Many love to preach and elevate themselves as saviours of the universe, perpetuating the lie that Jews are the evil ones. Taking it upon themselves to radicalise everyone they speak with of this “evil Jewish plot”. They should take some age old advice, take a history lesson, learn something from the dead, rise up and be the change they would like to see in the world. No good ever came from attacking God’s people.

Consequently, the two Greek men responsible for stickering were caught and charged, whilst legal proceedings continue against the school. In the meantime, the violence and racism continues with nothing gained or achieved. If we leave one legacy for our children or the next generation, let it be this. Become a true follower of God, live your best life in Christ and stop playing the blame game. Seriously.

The Christian clarion call is to preach the word of Christ. It is our mission, our one purpose in life. When I look at other Christians, I marvel at how well they do this. They have the right answer for every question regardless of how stupid the question, because let’s face it, some questions really are stupid. Whoever said there was no such thing as a stupid question was just being nice. I ask stupid questions all the time. Anyway, I digress. Some evangelists seem to have all the words, the right lives, the perfect families, they are picture perfect. They love to go out and preach the word, they love everybody. They have no issues.

Speaking for myself, I don’t want to accept the mission. Give me the whale’s belly any day. I really don’t care if people get saved or not. Is it wrong that I want people to burn for the hateful, despicable, degenerate things they say and do? I don’t think so. I think at the heart of every Christian is the desire for justice and true vengeance on those who do evil.

Like Jonah, I don’t want to go to Nineveh. Nineveh was a country renowned for living degeneracy. They knew nothing of God and nothing of His ways. They wanted to live their way, feed their flesh and serve the gods of this world. They said mean things, were filthy and messed up in every sense. They had baggage that weighed a tonne. No one wants to carry that heavy load. Nineveh was uncomfortable, it tested Jonah and pushed him to the brink. Why would anyone want to hang out with Ninevites or want them saved. Let them all burn, I say!

Unfortunately and I guess to some extent, fortunately, we all must go. Not that God needs us. If we didn’t speak of His glory and goodness, the rocks would cry out. It’s for our benefit that we go. It’s hard to forget where you came from when it’s in your face every day. If we never see the lost, broken and sinful we would likely become a self-righteous, holier than thou, weak willed, lower case c christian.

Whilst Nineveh has its trials and tribulations, there’s a purpose in being there, and unlike Jonah we can rejoice in the number of people we may or may not see repent. It’s not our business to know the outcome, but only keep faithful to the call. So whether our home, work, school, social media, even church is Nineveh, let’s stay faithful. Maybe we can make like Jonah and after we speak truth, perch ourselves in a quiet place and just wait for God to work. He may not blow up the place, or He might, but He may also bring about salvation, as He did in Nineveh. And that’s always worth the wait. We might find out soon what that feels like. Only God knows.

Young American singer-songwriter Aaron Carter was found dead in his bathtub at his California home at just 34 years of age. Needless to say, we all know what drove him to his sad, almost predictable end. A child star life, sexual abuse, followed by a life of drugs, legal issues, mental illness, and failed comebacks.

Aaron Carter’s childhood career was controlled by criminal manager Lou Pearlman who also managed Backstreet Boys which his older brother Nick was a member and NSYNC. Lou Pearlman exploited young boys in exchange for fame and fortune destroying Aaron Carter’s life, corrupting him from the age of 7, and sending him on a lifelong downward spiral to hell on earth.

Aaron Carter always denied he was sexually abused by Pearlman though his mother Jane believes Pearlman was inappropriate with his brother Nick. Aaron accused his sister Leslie Carter also a singer who died of a drug overdose in 2012 of sexual abuse when he was a child. At the beginning of 2020, Aaron sold naked photos on OnlyFans. In September this year, he lost custody of his 10-month-old son and went back into a drug rehabilitation facility. His final tweet before he died attempted to reach up to rapper Ye (formerly known as Kayne West for a man-to-man talk)

Such tragedies are rampant in our ungodly, degenerate society. This is the real epidemic. We accept these things happen yet we continue to attend movies and concerts like it’s no one’s business. But it’s everyone’s business because there are powerful people exploiting young children for our entertainment. Heartbreaking stories continue to pour out of Hollywood about young child stars’ lives coming to an unexpected or premature end. When will enough be enough?

At what point do we give the flicks the flick, switch off the iPods or delete iTunes and Spotify. We don’t, because the entertainment industry wields such power over the naïve masses. We are a mesmerized class of indiscriminate consumers who mindlessly absorb movies and music like it’s junk food. We become complicit in this abuse by just viewing it as something that happens in showbiz.

We don’t think twice anymore when we purchase tickets to the next boy band for our young teen who “just wants to go cos all my friends are going”. Have we ever stopped to explain to our offspring that many boys in boy bands have got seriously messed with by some messed up groomer? That those boys on stage might be high on something while they dance and sing to our roaring and clapping. That they are not safe when the show is over and they go back to the hotel with their groomer who likely has other groomer mates on the road with those boys.

We see these tragedies caused by abuse coming but we continually turn blind eyes to the sordid entertainment industry. We are no better than Aaron’s parents who allowed him to get caught up in the dream of fame and fortune, who practically sold him downriver as a slave to be used, abused and tossed around like a piece of meat at the Colosseum. It is a sad and tragic story. But we have become addicted to being entertained. My heart goes out to all the Aaron Carters out there, may they rest in peace. I often wonder what could’ve become of them had they only known Jesus. As for Carter’s abusers, hell awaits them.

Climate cultists and green activists have fallen prey to mad, corrupt or misguided scientists. The push to save the planet, keep the coal in the ground and switch to renewable energy have become the latest talking points of every politician, in every seat of govt, and every CEO of every large corporation, in every major city, worldwide. Preserving the planet has become the new religion and the people in power will stop at nothing to protect their faith, even if it means culling the population.

The latest push by many Melbourne local councils in a bid to save the planet, is to increase green waste collection services to weekly and reduce general rubbish collection to fortnightly. The rational behind this illogical move is that it would reduce landfill, and costs associated with rubbish dumping. Anyone with half a brain knows this initiative only prolongs the inevitable. Not to mention, green waste can be used in compost bins for the avid gardener. It makes no sense to increase this collection.

With soaring energy bills threatening the livelihoods of many small businesses across the globe, the pressure for them to comply with climate cultic mandates is being felt at the breadlines. Domestic flights within Europe are also being discouraged and overpriced in hopes more people would Eurail instead. Flying and holidays will soon be reserved for the privileged few who can afford the exorbitant prices.

Anyone living in the reality that exists knows that climate cultists know nothing about economics and if they do, they are just opportunistic, money grubbing whores, feasting at the table of corruption and lies. The earth is their cash cow, and the naive proletariat is more than happy to bow down at its feet with donations galore. Even if that means living in a pod and eating bugs.

Climate cultists tell us we have grown too large in number, that we need to stop procreating, stop eating, stop polluting, stop breathing. They mask us, inject us, and bind us in financial chains. It almost feels like those in high places are laughing hysterically at the sight of masses sacrificing their livelihoods and children all for the sake of this imaginary god. This is not a new thing, Christians know people have worshipped the earth for centuries now. The sacrificing of children to Ba’al, the god of weather and agriculture, was common practice in ancient biblical times. Sin knows no boundaries and crosses over all generations. The human tendency is to worship something, God created us that way. If not Him, then Ba’al.

The reality is no amount of sacrifices can stop the planet from going through its necessary cycle. That’s not to say we shouldn’t look after the earth, take care of the animals, and create a circular, sustainable, environment. But if that means totalitarian control over energy sources, what we eat, how we live and how and where to holiday, then it has gone too far. Sadly, climate cuckoos have taken over the coupe and they are rolling out their Zero Emissions 2050 agenda. God help all those who dare stand in their way.

Jimeone Roberts, an alleged known neo Nazi recently had his beer spat in at an Irish pub because he was sporting a black sun tattoo. The Sonnenrad, or “sun wheel”, is a symbol that was used by the Nazis in Germany. It is also the same symbol used by the Azov Battalion in Ukraine, which many support. The tattoo can be offensive to some, it might even be distasteful and ugly to those who actually know its history, but what kind of society have we become when spitting in people’s beer is acceptable simply because we disagree with their politics. Distasteful as Jimeone‘s politics may be to many, there is no justification for spitting in ones beer. If the young bar tender thought himself far above Jimeone, by spitting in his beer, he put himself at the same level.

There are many examples of this kind of behavior, both online and off. People have become intolerant. The world has become one huge, divisive, ugly, schoolyard. Egging politicians, stickering hateful propaganda, the attacking of alternative news media and mainstream journalists. There are countless more examples. Not to mention trolls and fake accounts online, confidently spew out hatred, causing division and angst with memes, photoshopped pics and doxxing. Such ugly behaviour exists on all sides and has contributed to anger and fear, causing many to flee for safety in echo chambers.

Echo chambers are where political discourse goes to die. Safe spaces wherein individuals discuss political ideas, stroke each other’s egos and pat each other’s backs. Congratulatory, emphatic agreements of mutual hatred towards the enemy litter these platforms. Socio-political and cultural views can never be challenged, tested or proven, leaving individuals emotionally and intellectually immature. Boring, uninspiring, and zombifying, echo chambers are to be avoided at all costs.

Maturity is borne when people can discuss ideas, no matter how distasteful, civilly and respectfully. The dichotomous left/right narrative is designed to encourage genuine, robust discussions. It is why our parliamentary process exists. Parliament House was designed for discussion and debate. It takes courageous people, strong personalities and fearless free thinkers to make great societies. It might get ugly, fiery and contentious, but people are sharpening each other’s minds, gleaning the best of all sides to create what we have come to know as free, liberal democracies.

When discussing political or philosophical ideas, we can all learn from Buber’s philosophy of dialogue. We can all exist on the narrow ridge he speaks of. It is the place where opposing views can meet, where the I-thou or us vs them dichotomy can duel. Often this requires a coming together, mutual consent to listen, understand and respect each other’s minds. Setting aside biases and prejudices for a moment to perhaps get a glimpse of the other side. Sometimes concluding with agreement, concession or conciliation, and more often agreeing to disagree. Sadly, this almost never happens.

The world would be a better place if everyone strived to see things from others’ perspectives or try to understand another’s point of view. The civil thing for that bar tender to do would have been to pour the beer and enter into polite discourse with Jimeone. Not everyone will agree on everything, but we can still be loving and compassionate throughout the process. We need only look to Christ for an example. Christ stands at the centre of the narrow ridge with His arms outstretched, beckoning to all that might listen. It is why He sat with the wine bibbers, and tax collectors, sinners in the eyes of self righteous religious leaders who enjoyed their echo chambers. More people need to be more like Christ.

There was a time when homosexuals were bashed quite frequently. It used to be a thing as recently as the 20th century. Yes, shocking as it sounds, self-proclaimed Christians and many non-Christians would seek out gays to bash in hopes of setting them straight. Much like the Pharisees and religious hypocrites, they deluded themselves into thinking they were doing God’s work.

Obviously things are extremely different today, to the point that homosexuals are no longer victims. They have become the victimizers. Anyone who does not support or bow down to the LGBTQIA agenda can fall victim to cancel culture and discrimination. They are threatened, harassed, stood down and sidelined.

Like the Manly 7, who refused to play whilst wearing jumpers promoting gay pride. Their refusal, seen as discriminatory and exclusionary, sidelined them. Apparently, Manly did not want to be responsible for young gay boys’ potential suicides. We get it. For decades, gays had it tough.

The moral outrage we have seen from the LGBTQIA community in recent years is to some extent understandable, given the way they were treated in the past. Marginalized, mistreated, bashed and abused, of course it is only natural that they would want revenge. The fear must grip them at the thought of things reverting back to “those” days. So real is it in their minds that they are ready to pounce on every individual or group who by faith acts on their consciences against that lifestyle.

Fear breeds hatred which divides and destroys, fueling more hate. Bloody vengeful pride offered on sacred cow’s alter of diversity or discrimination. It is the cycle of humanity. The story of our sinful nature inherited from our forefathers. Without the transforming power of Christ there is no forgiveness or grace, not for the gay-bashers of old, nor for the vengeful gays anew. All are guilty.

There was an Old Testament time when sinners were stoned to death too, long before God sent grace through His son Jesus. The Old Testament gave the law, and New Testament brought grace. Grace does not mean acceptance and tolerance. It means we do not expect non-Christians to believe in Christian values or act like Christians. We live in the world but we are not of the world. Whilst we do not condone or entertain ones sinful lifestyle, we are also aware of our own very real sinful natures, also not to be tolerated and accepted. So we balance the narrow ridge daily to stay on the straight and narrow by the grace of God. Mercy triumphs over judgement.

God is a God of love, truth and forgiveness. Without Him, the world will tear each other to pieces. The truth does hurt. It hurts because deep down we all know when we are wrong or living outside God’s will. Every man has a conscience. Let everyone live by their conscience, come what may. True justice comes from above, keep your peace as they lay you on their alter. Our day of recompense will come.

The fact a movie like Top Gun got past the liberal left loony’s veto system and made it to the box office, only to smash box office hits, was nothing short of miraculous. It is indicative that hope lives on for America and by extension the West. Released in the same year Roe v Wade was overturned, the timing is impeccable.

Unsurprisingly, it still attracted its fair share of criticism from the perpetually offended left. Criticized for being too patriarchal, too white, too masculine, and too clean, did not matter as it just felt good to get a few points on the scoreboard again. The year 2022 seems to be one of small victories for conservative Christians.

Whilst Top Gun did not meet all the requirements of the Marxist feminazi purveyors of neo-liberal propaganda, it still met the basic requirements. One could not miss the racial diversity, and gender equality screaming at us through the screen. Most importantly, it ticked all the “right” boxes for the “right” people. It was nostalgically patriotic, with the American flag looming large at every opportunity.

Love him or hate him, Tom Cruise produced a winner in Maverick. An actor not well-known for his depth of character, he exhibited a refreshingly deeper side as an older, more reflective Maverick. Capturing his character well, he gave him the opportunity to shine. One could almost forget he was played by Cruise himself. If this is his last Hollywood film, it would be appropriate. It is by far his best, and he goes out with a bang.

Friendship, loyalty and mentorship were interwoven scarlet threads in a tapestry of truly creative story telling. Connecting past, present and future it built on each main character, adding depth to an otherwise action-packed film about high testosterone men with entertaining jet fighting skills. Maverick taking on the father figure role in Rooster’s life for Goose, was a selfless act at a time when fatherlessness is a growing epidemic. Despite the competitive history between them, Iceman filled the void in Maverick’s life for kinship and loyalty, reflecting the traditional, reciprocal nature of family and community.

Maverick’s love interest Penny was gorgeous and unlike many older female actors, was not botoxed to the eyeballs. Although divorced, she still practiced good dating habits as an example for her own daughter. The love scenes were unusually clean, so no need to worry about cringing through semi-pornographic footage in a cinema full of strangers.

Maverick’s ability to live his career unfazed by his rank as Captain and his reputation for coming in second place, was admirable. Unmotivated by accolades or stifling theoretical text book maneuvers, he was a true renegade. He did his own thing, and was confident in his own experience, and flying abilities. True to himself, he lived an authentic life by refusing the hierarchical ladder, and resisting the system’s desire to box him into their idea of success.

Respecting the generational divide, whilst defying the aging process, Maverick courageously led by example. Exercising experience with skill and knowledge, he achieved the almost impossible task, without patronizing his younger counterparts. Despite the setbacks and lack of support, he never gave up. It was difficult for anyone, even his critics, not to respect him.

One could argue his attitude was reflective of the prolife movement. In a world where murdering babies has become the norm, the group of justices in the highest judiciary defied the culture. Despite intimidation tactics from the opposition, they each risked everything for the sake of their values and beliefs to do what’s right.

Top Gun’s counter-cultural narrative respected the patriot, the patriarchy and the parent. It did not succumb to the usual political correctness which has killed the authenticity of almost every Hollywood movie in the 21st century. Just like the US Supreme Court’s landmark decision, this film was years in the making. Its success gives underdogs worldwide, hope that some things are worth waiting and fighting for. Whilst evil globalists do their best to destroy all that’s good and right and just, light still shines through darkness. Keep holding on!
